A first-generation lawyer, Mr. Bansala, upon entering the profession made a commitment to himself – that a litigant’s struggle must end as soon as the litigant, as a client knocks the doors of Mr. Bansala’s office. Mr. Bansala started his career with the Supreme Court but gradually found his feet before the Consumer Forums and Real Estate Authorities, where he represented both builders and buyers in over 100 cases. Besides, Mr. Bansala also found himself involved in a rarer field of law, being the Rent Control Matters in Delhi, representing both the tenants and the landlords before various forums, including the Delhi High Court.
